Siegaue and the mouth of the Sieg
The nature reserve (NSG) Siegaue is located between the cities of Bonn, Sankt Augustin and Troisdorf and was designated in 1985. The 535 hectare area is a richly structured floodplain landscape.
In addition to hiking trails, there is a lot of untouched nature here.
At its end, the Sieg flows into the Rhine.
A very nice area for nature photography.
